Topic: How do i do 24fps in windows movie maker?

Its pretty simple, i'm trying to use windows movie maker to create a stop motion film and i want the film at 24fps. i looked at my ikit software to see how long each frame lasts but there was a problem... the time slightly changes each frame... so i have no clue how long i should set my photo duration at on the software. Help! and if you have any tips when it comes to windows movie maker please tell me? (windows live movie maker if thats the way you want to call it)
Thanks mini/smile

My main tip with WMM is not to use it. If you're committed to brickfilming, buy Sony Vegas, Premiere Elements, or Serif Movieplus. I used the last one for years and it served me well. WMM did not.

Re: How do i do 24fps in windows movie maker?

I usually use ikitmovie. thats my main software but they can't handle bigger cameras like canon or nikon. so with my next video i mainly just need something that can handle bigger sized pictures and such, just for this next video. so thats why i am using WMM. in the future i would be purchasing something bigger like sony vegas or final cut pro ect. all i need to know is how long should the picture duration be? (Btw in the video i don't need like any sound effects so basically its just for the 24fps big picture quality and such you know?)

.04 seconds per frame. That'll give you 25fps, which is as close as you'll get with WMM (at least in WLMM). And for future reference just divide 1 by the fps you want. It's pretty simple.
