Since my laptop is broken (every time I try to start it, it says the hard drive can't be found 
), I tried to log in to this site on my mom's computer. It wasn't accepting what I thought the password was; I had to do the password change request thing and change the password in order to log in. I thought there might be something with this site, but it's more likely that I put in a different password when I created my account and forgot what it was, since I've been doing the automatic login ever since I got my laptop a few years ago.
EDIT: My laptop is working again, by the way.

I swear the forums used to be much more active. Has everyone moved to yet another Brickfilming site?
Nah we're still all here, generally I've noticed the same. It used to be the way when I would check the forums each day there'd be green beside each section of the forums. Hopefully THAC and the LEGO Movie next year will inspire some activity.
In other news I'm hoping to get my laptop back from repair tomorrow and i'll be able to do some animation again which'll be nice.
There are other brickfilming sites out there, but most of the community resides here if I'm not mistaken. Yeah, it's a bit slow right now.
Also it's the time of year that people are busy with studies. And finals. And all that stuff.
(Somehow I still manage to find time for this site and brickfilming though)

Ah I see. The reasoning is very fair so I can see why it's been done.
I'm tempted to make a short film over Christmas for a bit of fun and to give me something to score.

Laptop is back, working for now! Got my head down and animated a good 30 seconds in a couple of hours, feels good to be back at it!

I'm trying to work on a thanksgiving special-thingie. Hoping to get it done by the 30th. I'll be needing some British voices, though...
Just yell and throw something if you need me. I'm looking for plenty of oppourtinites to freak out my housemates by talking loudly to myself.

Fake accents work. This is a comedic short, so it doesn't have to be authentic.
I'll PM you two in a little bit. I'm rounding out some final details with the script.
