It's not against the rules HOO. If you think it should be and you'd like to discuss it, post in the appropriate forum or message the appropriate people. ![]()
Yeah, just think if we had to PAY for Youtube.
Remember, as with all other free sites, you're not the customer. You're the product being sold (to advertisers). So YouTube would only have everything to lose if they charged for the service.
I've said this before: YouTube (Google) is always looking to make itself more appealing to potential advertisers. Streamlining the channel page, directing views towards less places, removing video responses in favour of more familiar hashtags and so on are all part of that.
I thought there were such rules on language. My mistak-O. I always remembered that this was a family-friendly forum. By the way, who are the appropriate people?
Well, anyway, I wish I switched to Vimeo sooner! I just posted Holding Our Own episode 1, in its entirety as one 21-minute video for the first time! No more breaking my film up into many short segments! I'll be posting the short :30 promos for the awesome voice talent without whom the show wouldn't be possible (BiM talent here like Brick7, AnimeNinja and DarthVincentPrice). And soon, episode 2 and Brent Schneider's Commercial Roundup episode 1 will be posted as single files!
