me like.
good job mate.
It's funny that this is a challenge now, because I made an aggressive driving brickfilm over three years ago. ![]()
ok, yeah, that happens. ![]()

My Entry- Enjoy!
although, coolcube's entry is my favorite, it doesnt really show driving, that much, and, AnimationCreation, although what you did show was very good, it wasnt as smooth as thefourmonkeys, so, the winner is:
TheFourMonkeys!

Wow. Thanks Cooked Cat.
It's quite a surprise as all the entries had something great to offer.
I had been planning to do a test video for making a car peel out and I wanted to use cotton balls for the smoke effect. I haven't animated with cotton balls yet. When I discovered that the Animation Challenge was Aggressive driving of a car, I knew it was time to make my lego car "burn rubber".
AnimationCreation's entry was great . I bet lots of hard work went in to that one. Coolcubestudio's also had a well done entry with some effort put into the project. This challenge could have gone to any of us for varying reasons. Also, it's a shame there were so few entries. This was a very fun challenge to do as I wanted to do it anyway.
On to selecting the next challenge. Although I would love to hear everyone's ideas for the next challenge, I'm going to pick a challenge without hearing the ideas. Sorry.
The new challange is:
Microscale Brickfilm
Deadline: Saturday, 28th of September
Our LEGO King Kong VS Godzilla http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TxAb2zWuVis would be an example of what I mean by Microscale Brickfilm. You don't need to use minifigures, but you can if you want if you are using as giant monsters robots, etc.
Good Luck and have fun!
NOOOOOOOOOOOO! OH well
. Nice job TheFourMonkeys! I can't believe we have a new challenge so soon. Will try to make something
Ooh, I think I'll enter this challenge.
Congratulations, Monkeys!
I will enter this challenge.
Edit: Looks like I'm not going to enter. ![]()

Maybe I will drag myself into the studio for this one
. I have a lot of work though, so it will be iffy.
I'll Probibly animate like Crazy for the next week to get something Made for this ![]()
I guess this challenge will need to extend at least one week. Personally I think every one of these challenges should have a month duration. Anyway....the new deadline is October 6.
I decided to mess around and make my own microscale animation test just for the fun of it. I took about an hour to animate as I wasn't really trying hard to do a great job with the stop motion. I also used my old camera (Quickcam Pro 9000). I made use of my collection of microscale buildings that I don't take apart, so it only took about an hour or so to arrange the city.

Fun in Microland ![]()
OK. It's October 6th and there are two entrees. Thanks Rockydude411Bricks and Coyote Creek Films. I enjoyed both of your entries. I hope you had fun making them.
The winner of the Animation Challenge for Microscale Brickfilm is Rockydude411Bricks. I really liked the micro cars speeding by at the beginning. Good job!
