Whoa, that's pretty neat. I didn't know there was a way to use effective motion blur that quickly.

I usually just mask the character frame-by-frame. It's a pain in the rear-end, but it gets some pretty decent looking shots.

It varies on the program. If you select the "Pricing" tab you will be presented with a list of compatible programs, simply click the program you happen to own.

I use Sony Vegas Pro, so it would cost me $89.95.

Re: How to add in motion blur

What Program are u using ?
In After Effects u can add a simple effect called "cc force motion blur". It adds motion blur to moved objects in your animation. It's not very good for fast movements and its easier to use it with a high framerate (i use 24fps).

Re: How to add in motion blur

If you have After Effects, then definitely use that. But if you don't, it's easy to do it frame by frame in an image editor.

Re: How to add in motion blur

CC Force Motion Blur has let me down every time I've tried it. Hence turning to Reelsmart Motion Blur. And I'm a heavy After Effects user.

Same here. I have seen it do next to nothing when I try it. However, I know that SuburbAnimations uses it successfully, so idk.

Re: How to add in motion blur

I've used Timewarp before.  Just set "Speed" to 100, tick "Motion Blur" on, and change it from automatic to manual.  I hope this helped!  mini/smile
