pretty pretty please....
Here's my entry. It isn't that good, but I just felt like animating something.
Damn! I'm finally animating with my new camera, and I need to test stuff out, this would've been good. Anyway, can't wait till the next one!

uuh where is the wind? lol
Breaking wind as in farting. ![]()
This kind of took me aback. My problem with it is, there was no wind animation. The plant just died. Yeah you sold the "the fart killed the plant" idea, but there was no animation to aid it. Now if he farted and all the plants tilted in the opposing direction, then they shriveled up; that would be better.
Yeah, I know that it is pretty bad. I probably could have spent a lot of more time on it and I probably won't win. You can say how bad it is all you want, because I know it is. Perhaps if the theme was "farting" I'd have a better chance. In fact I could probably re-film it and add a "wind" effect. I don't know why I thought of this in the first place. I'm new to this site, I'll develop more talents in the future (at least I hope).

You will. If nothing else, I did like the way the plant shriveled up. ![]()
For what it's worth, I've entered a lot of these challenges with tongue in cheek entries, where the purpose was not to win, but to poke fun at challenge with a visual pun or other such joke. I actually won one that way. ![]()
Making my entry right now! ![]()
DOUBLE POST
Sorry about the double post, but here's my entry: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0KB-vDtm8yY
I finally took the time to animate my entry, I think it turned pretty well.
Now I just need edit it.
Really well executed Mighty, the hair animation was a brilliant touch. One thing I believed it lacked was resistance. Maybe if you animated the mini figure resisting and leaning into the wind before he flung backwards, it would of given the audience a sense of the winds power and the struggle against it.
The Winner was: Cooked Cat.
The wind was done very well and It looked very realistic (maybe you could make a tutorial?
). Well done!
Second place: Mighty. I liked the way the hair was animated.
I'm just about going to sleep and I'm tired so I'm not going to list the other entries in order. All I can say now is everyone did a great job! ![]()
Nice job Cooked Cat! Make a new challenge soon!
