Gonna be entering! I missed the first few hours because I was at a New York Mets game, which stinks because the very beginning of the contest is the best. But I will be doing my best to put together a solid entry and good luck to everyone else entering. 
Darn, I don't think I'll be able to enter BRAWL. I've got another week of camp, and a busy weekend ahead. Plus, I've also got Contrast to think about. 
But, good luck to the entrants.

Hmm.....I'm tired, had a long day, my preconceived idea sorta kinda fits the theme, but Fun Sucker banned use of my TARDIS. I'm thinking....Hmmm...
Would love to be able to say I entered BRAWL, but it would only be a half-effort, and would only be to say that I entered.
Might feel differently in the morning...We'll see.
If I do choose to enter, a casting call will be up shortly.

As a matter infact.. It did start at 12:00 AM, Midnight. I think you are really confused. I live in the United Kingdom and it did start at 12:00AM Aka 00:00AM
I feel relieved, I have a basis for a story.

I did a little research and it seems that you are right, although it makes no sense to me. I think it would be wiser to use the 24 hour system in future... (the one from 00:00 to 24:00 / 00:00).

Does the S (mod) have to be made out of Lego or Brick-Like products too?
Nah, you can just write it on a piece of paper or whatever if you want. You can make it out of bricks too though.

Fun sucker, is it permitted to make our film a trailer kind of thing? As in our film itself is the trailer(im not talking about making a trailer for my film).
