I've been wanting to make a brickfilm for a long while now called Leprechauns in France.
It's about some leprechauns in France.

One of the characters is an Irish leprechaun, so I need to have an Irish actor.  It's rather imperative that they have a good Irish accent because their accent is supposed to be noticed immediately.
The Irish leprechaun can be male or female.  It doesn't matter much which.

This film has been put on hold for over a year now because I haven't been able to find and actor who could/would be able to do it.  Once I have it, though, I should be able to animate it  in a relatively short time.
