Topic: Flicker Help- Camera Problems?

Ok I am really getting tired of this light flickering,I am 100% sure its my crappy camera...But I just wanna know if there is like this option in the camera toolbar on my computer but I can't find it.
But if you check out my previous threads about MiniDV cameras,like I said I may switch to that I am wondering if the flicker will happen with that camera too.
help please,

What is your lighting set up?
Close the blinds or film at night, wear a dark t-shirt.

I have 3 Lights 1 on the side,and the other 2 are on the back and front.
My blinds don't work so light is always shining in but I usually film at night.
And I do wear dark colors but still.
