Note the grain/line things in the for/background.

I'm now begging for help. I really need to improve my quality.

Re: Image quality problem.

Mess around with the focus a little. Focus out. You are to focused on the torso and not on the face.
As for the graininess on any unfocused object I always seem to get that problem with my QuickCam.

Re: Image quality problem.

It could be the position of your lamps. Or your lamps aren't that great.

Well... how would I know if I was *cough*permanetaly*cough* banned from The World's Largest Official Brickfilming Chat AND that I can't go on Skype because I can't open DMG files?

Anyway, I don't see anything bad in the quality, (besides the lighting) it looks great mini/smile

Re: Image quality problem.

VN, it sounds almost as though you're trying to convince him to quit.

I don't own a QC9000, but I imagine it would be helpful if we could see your lighting setup and maybe a screencap of your camera's settings.

On an unrelated note, unless this was just a test frame, the character's face seems slightly out of focus.

No, no. He was making this big deal that he was going to quit, I was a little mad because of how he exited, I won't go into detail but it's all fine now, we're cool.
