Topic: Problem With Sony Vegas Platinum 11...

I'm having trouble adjusting the frame rate in Sony Vegas Platinum 11.  Because I don't use frame-capture software, I have to directly import the pictures into the editor using the "insert slideshow" tool.  However, I have a problem adjusting the frame rate; I cannot go below 0.1 (i.e. 10 FPS).  Whenever I try manually type in 0.0667 (15 FPS), the numbers will automatically switch to 0.1 again.  This is really annoying as this means I cannot animate at 15 FPS.  I'm not sure if this is a glitch on the computer I'm using (it's Windows XP) or if the program is configured that way.  Is there any way to circumvent this, or an alternative method of inserting the frames into the timeline at the correct frame rate?

In After effects, when inserting numbers manually beyond one decimal point, it will round the number up, And sony vegas may do that as well. Are you sure that it is playing at 10 FPS when .0667 is typed in

I don't think that's the case, caveman, because their standard is 29.97 frames per second, at two decimals.  But I also think that it only shows whole frames in the editor, and does the math in the timeline (skipping 1 frame every 30 seconds)
