Topic: The greatest lego motion stop film ever created?

I have seen many Lego motion stop films but I'm looking for the real deal. mini/rolleyes  anyone know a great Lego film? kindly share it or give the link?

Re: The greatest lego motion stop film ever created?

Link 1 Link 2. Please search before making these threads. Also unlike Youtube making a thread in all caps will scare away people instead of attracting them, just an fyi.

Re: The greatest lego motion stop film ever created?

sorry about the title.. my bad.. but I've seen all these videos you have linked.. maybe you could share me whats your favorite the most?

Re: The greatest lego motion stop film ever created?

Here's my personal favorite. Here's another one I like.

Re: The greatest lego motion stop film ever created?

Nice.. a 36min film.. thanks man..

Re: The greatest lego motion stop film ever created?

Trust me, it's well worth the 36 minutes, BrixForce.

Also, I'm flattered, Keesret. mini/cat

Re: The greatest lego motion stop film ever created?

Try the great disturbance, it's over an hour long. However, it came out years before YouTube came out, so you'll have to download it on the creator's website. I am on mobile, so may someone else kindly give a link?

Also, watch the magic portal. It's a brickfilming relic, and is the most famous brickfilm from the 80's, with half a million views at the most.

And Marooned. It's not a relic, but it is a really good film, winning last year's BiM.

Star Wars: The Great Disturbance by LeftFieldStudios

The Magic Portal by Lindsay Fleay

Marooned by Filmfire96

Try The Peril of Doc Ock by Spite Your Face Productions.

Have you seen a big-chinned boy?

Re: The greatest lego motion stop film ever created?

For that matter, a lot of Spite Your Face's videos are great. But let's not let this turn into another "Top 1000 films" thread.

Robota, in my opinion, is forever unparalleled as the most impressive brickfilm ever made. I doubt anything will ever touch it.
Little Guys is certainly worth mentioning, and (as already posted) the Henri et Edmond films are true modern classics.

Of course, if you'd rather pick something a little more off-the-wall... (Read Watson's review and you'll understand.)

I personally like Megaphone by Hazzat. It inspired me to start brickfilming. mini/smile

Gotta agree with Hazzat. Robota was the most impressive brickfilm I have ever seen. It has something special.

Re: The greatest lego motion stop film ever created?

My favorite brickfilm is The Profession which was made by Mindgame.

Re: The greatest lego motion stop film ever created?

Battle of the brick: By kooberz. The reason for this is not because im a Halo fan, but just the way it is comicaly based off a multiplayer map, when its supposed to be violent. But also the great use of non computer effects in this film. Sorry for no link, typing this on a phone

Re: The greatest lego motion stop film ever created?

nltwm, don't bring up any more old posts please. I know you're fairly new, but that's not a good reason to "revive", if you will, old threads on this site.

Have you seen a big-chinned boy?

Re: The greatest lego motion stop film ever created?

I'm actually glad he's doing this, even though he shouldn't. I missed some of these threads, and as long as h says something relevant it's okay. It reminds me of an earlier time when people weren't afraid to post things just for funsies.

Re: The greatest lego motion stop film ever created?

Good thread, forgot about a lot of these films.

It's not an easy choice for me (JP2) to decide what my favorite brickfilm is, but I'd have to say Unrenewable is my favorite, followed closely by the Henri & Edmond sequel. Smeagol did an excellent job of creating film noir in LEGO, with a rather dark script and setting, and a not-so-happy ending.

Re: The greatest lego motion stop film ever created?

This one is the greatest "intentionally bad" brickfilm I've ever seen.
