Can I monetize my count just to change my thumbnail? Because the music in video, the history...only the LEGO is mine.

I believe your account must be free of copyrighted material for you to gain those features. So, since you are using music from Madonna and Britney Spears, you may not be able to access those features at all.

Yeah...sad, but It's true, youtube give me the worst thumbails, only for S&M and Disturbia are good, the rest, I hate.

Has anyone else noticed that it is a lot harder to consistently attract views to your videos? Compared to a year ago, I am really struggling in comparison.

I believe you can enable your account, get the features and don't display ads. If not, ah well. Nobody minds a skippable ad (you can change the ones you display).

RedBrick Really? I've had quite the opposite. For me,  it seems to gradually get more subscribers and views with ease. Might be because I'm still a fairly small channel.

I try to mini/smile Anyways, I prefer Google+ over Facebook, but my Facebook is more widely followed. My Twitter is even more followed than both Facebook and G+ combined. Since I started being more active on G+ though I've seen it grow and be useful, so I'm really glad to see Google finally implementing this beta.

OK, so I hate Facebook, and I don't like Google + much more. But seriously, nobody ever uses Google+ except for android fanboys who like to complain about the iPhone even though the only people who read their angry rants are also android fanboys...
So I would suggest using Facebook, if it's only for publicity. I recently made a facebook page for topitmunkeydog and when I posted a video on it, I got more attention than Google+ ever got me. However if you can make an account on all the major social networks and link them all to one, you will promote your material much more effectively.
