Topic: Anti-flicker

I have a Logitech Webcam Pro 9000 and use MonkeyJam. I have never used it but I was wondering what the anti-flicker setting on a camera and should you use it for stop motion or is it not a good idea?

Re: Anti-flicker

When you open MJ, the Logitech Webcam Software should open automatically, and to keep from getting light (and focus) flicker, you need to un-check Auto-Focus, then click "Advanced Settings" (or something like that), and un-check RightLight and any other boxes marked "Auto."

I hope this isn't too confusing, I don't think I said that quite right.

Re: Anti-flicker

I know to turn off all the auto settings. I just was wondering what the buttons that say anti-flicker: off, NTSC-60Hz, PAL-50Hz do and if they should be used.
