anyone have any idea how I could do it?:|
I can't find any chroma keyed ones, but you could download the Adobe AE CS6 Trial. there are lens flares in there.

Hi There
I don't really need lens flares I need like a water squirt effect
It would help if we knew what programs you use. For example, if you have After Effects, creating this effect is easy without having to chroma key it because you can apply directly to the footage.
I'm using FinalCut Pro X and I'm looking for the stock footage to put onto of the clips
Well, It's not the most elegant solution, but you could find a stock blood spurt, and put a blue filter on it. That might work.
