Topic: Helium Frog help please!!!

I don't know whats going on, but every time I load up helium frog after choosing my camera helium frog crashes straight away and says not responding, I can't even close it, I have tried with task manager and it doesn't go away its my 5th attempt and it just stocks up, it use to work fine, whats going on?

Please don't tell me to use monkeyjam as it does not have the features helium frog does, I also have windows 7.

I really don't know how to help you, but why don't you try checking the HeliumFrog website or Google searching your problem?

Try uninstalling HF and redownloading it. I haven't ever had bad problems with it, but I know that thos who have had problems just redownload it, and often the problem is fixed. Not guaranteeing anything, but it might work. Otherwise, like MW said, try researching it.

Hey legoguy501, thanks for your reply and concern, however I have tried researching and prevailed with no luck, I don't believe you can uninstall HF,
and I have downloaded it so many times, that when I search it on my computer it shows over 10 different folders, I wish you could uninstall it,
I have checked for it in control panel but it just isn't there.
