How do you get the highest youtube upload quality? It seems I have lost some on a couple of uploads...
If the video file you upload is in HD, then the video should be able to be viewed in HD on YouTube.
Basically what minifig said. If you're losing quality, you're most likely using a file format that YouTube doesn't like. They recommend using a MPEG4/H.264 format for the best HD results.
I like h.264 for YouTube uploads as well. 100% quality if possible.
If you really wanna get the best though, blow your video up to 2K resolution and upload that. (A resolution of 2048 x whatever). YouTube doesn't compress 2k video as heavily, so the end result looks nicer.
