How long does it take for 10 seconds at 15fps, or 30 seconds at 24 fps. You get the idea

10 seconds at 15 frames per second is 150 frames, I'd say about 3 hours.
It doesn't take me that long, actually. (depending on the complexity of the scene of course). My main hurdle is getting in the right frame of mind for filming.
I'm just the same as Sean. If I don't feel motivated to animate, I wouldn't get much more than 2 or 3 seconds done in the one session/thing.

if I know what I am doing I can get done pretty fast, about an hour. 
Depends what it is I did a 30 second walk cycle in 45 minutes.
I don't know, but I usually go pretty fast. But, I'm definately gonna go slow when I do my first REAL film (not short film).

About 3 hours for a minute, and more like 8 hours for 2 minutes. Depending on what I'm filming.
I always spend a while setting up the shot, messing about with the lighting, positioning, stuff like that for about 5 minutes. I then animate slowly and carefully. I'm always careful to not bump the camera, set, or table.
EDIT: Or I could get to the point and say I usually animate about 5 seconds at a time, which takes me about half an hour to do.

Well my last film took about 5-6 hours to make and it was almost 3 minutes. So I guess you could say that I took about 2 hours to film a minute. But it was real easy because all I had to do was put the minifig that was talking in front of the camera and it didn't take many arm movements.
The Kazoo series trailer took about 50 minutes to animate, and Squishy took about 10. It really depends on the complexity of the shot, obviously a pan with many minifigs would take much longer than a single minifig walking.

It depends on if I get 'in the zone'. Sometimes I'll shoot a minute's worth of footage in one day, and sometimes I'd be glad to shoot 10 seconds.
It depends. My usual scene is one mini-figure walking, and maybe doing one or two intermediate movements, which takes about an hour, if it's a five second shot.
I don't know, maybe about 10 seconds in 1 hour.
