Topic: HELP!!! Helium Frog problems

It seems the curse of THAC has stricken. Whenever I try and capture an image with Helium Frog I recieve a 'Capture Routine problem (error 02.01)' and a button saying just quit. I am using Helium Frog on a new computer.

If anyone helps me successfully they will receive a mention in whatever I make's credits for saving my THAC!

I did a Google search and someone else who had the same problem said:

Thanks for the reply. I solved it by downloading it again and extracting it into my docs. the first time i did it i installed it on to another couple of machines straight on to the desktop from a memory stick and the error appeared.Not sure why it happened but it's working fine now. Thanks again for the advice.
