I used to have about 625 subscribers but lost over 100 due to the great clean up! Still 508 isn't bad I guess
I've recently been approved to monetize my videos. I noticed I had the option of uploading a custom thumbnail!
Really? I was thinking it wasn't worth it, but now I'm going to do it. 
I've been wanting custom thumbnails for awhile.
I seem to have custom thumbnails even though none of my videos are monetized.
It's because a good thumbnail equals more views rather than some random frame and it's not a secret youtubez wants everyone to get more views because that will earn them more money.
Well, finally got accepted into adsense!

On another note though, please watch the 30 seconds of this. It earned me a bunch more subs and people getting interested into LEGO stop-motion (besides the point is that he totally mispronounces my name). For someone who barely draws this is quite an accomplished (If you want to buysies: link)

They really need to just find a design that works and then stick with that. I am tired of their trivial little updates.
Struggling to figure out the new YT design... Anyone know how to show uploads ONLY on the homepage?
I have had the layout once and I must say, it's horrible. Usually I like the new layouts but this is just utter and complete crap 
. Everything is harder then it needs to be. There's too much extra screen estate (half the freaking page) and I kinda want the drop down menu at your profile picture back. I also don't want to change my name, thank you very much Youtube. On a happier note though, I complained and cleared my cache and the old layout is back!
