Topic: Need good frame-capture software.

I need some software that works good.
I have tried Monkeyjam but it lacks onion skinning therefore its not a good option.
Tried Anasazi way to simple lacks much needed features
Tried Helium frog, I just doesn't work for me.
Just tried Animator dv simple+ very dissapointed, if an animation is animated at
15 fps than if you have 15 frames it should be one second not a fifth of a second.
My focus on my camera kept changing and i never had any issues with other software.

Basically, all the programs above don't work for me and I am still in need of a frame-capture program.
Does anyone have any suggestions? Free is good. Oh and I forgot to mention I use Windows.

check out the free software sticky post, you seem to have named all the free recommended software though, I use helium frog which works fine. how doesn't it work for you?

Well if the main free frame capturing programs don't suit you, then you could try some of these lesser known and used programs (haven't tried them myself!)

After some thorough research on both I'm going to install and test them out. Thanks for your help I'll post what I think of them.

Well my animations have a decent amount of photoshop effects and stuff, so finding the files, replacing them and checking to see if they actually got incorporated into the animation is kind of a pain. In some other programs you can simple right-click on a nice little timeline. Theres a whole list of smaller reasons to but this is one of the biggest.
