I'm considering getting Flash animator, as I've used it in the past, and I liked the ease of making a simple animated background.
One thing I wanted to ask is if you are able to put photos into the program and add animations to them. I know that the frame rates are pretty good, but can I add a new picture to each frame?
Also, once I finish my film, am I able to export it to .mov . avi or .wmv, or to iMovie?
Before you do that, you should check out Adobe Project Rome. Very easy to animate in.
