Topic: Name a director.

If you could choose a director to direct one of your brick films who would it be and why?

Me, or my dog.

Re: Name a director.

I would have Michael Bay direct mine because he always has great actors with him and his special effects are good. Also, I could use more robots in my films.

No but seriously:
Probably Tarantino. Because his style is one of a kind. And then I'd be famous because Tarantino made my brickfilm.

Re: Name a director.

I don't think I would let anyone else direct one of my films because that would be weird unless of course it was a story I wrote that some director wanted to adapt into a brickfilm in that case WES ANDERSON PLEASE

Re: Name a director.

I would choose Christopher Nolan because he's had experience with stop motion animation using LEGO when he was young but I wouldn't really want someone directing my stuff... i'd be more happy with an actor coming aboard doing voices or something.

Me and my dinosaur friends
I don't care if my brickfilms lack in quality, it still makes me proud to make something that many of my peers could never accomplish.

Re: Name a director.

Henry Selick, Chris Butler, Sam Fell, or Steven Spielberg.
The first three have made stopmotion films, and Spielberg is just amazing.

Where did you find that info? Are there any films of his available (stop-motion ones). I would pick Q.Tarantino cause he's my favorite movie director if not him then D.Aronofsky. I gotta agree though with some peeps here that I'd rather have a whole bunch of famous actors voice in my videos instead of having someone to direct them because I can do that myself. Oh man how awesome would it be to have Denzel voicing in one of brickfilms... EPIC! mini/bigsmile

Couldn't have said it better myself.

On another note, if I was writing for a director of my choice, I'd have to go with George Lucas or Stephen Spielberg. I know, a bit cliche, but I love sci-fi films, and both are really good at the said.

Awesome! Thanks!

Re: Name a director.

I don't know about the director, but if my films were adapted into actual movies, I'd probably want either James Horner, Danny Elfman, or Alexandre Desplat to do the musical score for the film.

Have you seen a big-chinned boy?

Re: Name a director.

I'd say prolly, Michael Bay. Not kidding. My reasoning is because he's great with action/effects. (real special effects)

Re: Name a director.

Hehe*insert joke about Michael Bay*hehe.
I'd have to go with John Carpenter.

The Ghost of Mrs. Day studios: Home of mediocre brickfilms.
