Quick advice would be not to do 'Let's Play's' on game titles that already have a lot. Find some obscure old games that haven't been reviewed before.
Horror games is the thing we're doing, but we might play some "underground" games.
My channel just passed 4000 total views. 
Over the weekend I want to finish the set I am working on, and finally get around to fixing my channel background. (Most monitors cut off the sides.)

Just realized I've been on YouTube two years since August 4th. At first I was all, "Hey, I've been on YouTube for 1 year!".

Lucky. I think I'm actually losing subs.
I've been getting the same number of subs. YouTube takes them away, because I checked the analytics of myself. The number of subs stays somewhere between 120 and 130, but not going past any of the two numbers.

First and foremost, welcome to BiM! This is a great community, so make sure you learn a lot and make the most of the great people here. To get started, you should probably read this if you haven't yet.
Now, your film should be posted in the WIPs & Tests forum or the Releases forum if you want to get commentary/feedback, this thread is just for discussing YouTube, not really films though. Got that?
