Fixed them! I also touched up the formatting a little to make it a bit easier to read, I hope you don't mind Goliathan. 
Some stuff still doesn't make sense though:
You may upload a high quality version if you want but your film thread must contain the one you submit in the e-mail. Acceptable sites for hosting are ones like MediaFire.
Why does it matter what goes in the topic in Releases? This is also the only time Releases topics are mentioned, so I'm not sure why they're suddenly dropped in here.
But LDD is technically stop motion in the sense that pictures are compiled to portray movement. Also, it's digital LEGO, and there's nothing that says what type of LEGO it must be.
I still think a stop motion using LDD should be allowed for us.......less fortunate.....
I am also confused about how to submit the film. And how this goes along with the Releases forum. Can I e-mail you a link to a unlisted YouTube video, or do you have to have a file?
You can email unlisted videos. Unlisted means people with the link can see the link an see the video.

I know what unlisted means, but the way that the guidelines are phrased makes things rather confusing. It says that there is a maximum file size of 10 megabytes to ensure that everyone can view the film. So is this file we send in going to be the thing that is circulated for everyone to watch, not just the judges? Or do only the judges see this 10mb file and then I upload the high quality version onto my YouTube where I then release it to my viewers?
No, I believe the 10mb limit is only if you submit your film via MediaFire.
I submit my film both with MediaFire and YouTube, just to be on the safe side. I did that BRAWL 2011.
I can't enter because I'm still working on my new brickfilm.
So...I'm not the only one.
I think I might finish the animation of my actual film early this week, so I might still be able to think of an idea for this and animate later.

If the version of your film that you submit is hosted on a site where the film is downloaded to the judges hard-drives (like mediafire) it must be 10MB per minute or less. If your film is submitted with a link to an unlisted video on a video streaming site (YouTube, Vimeo, Daily Motion ect) it does NOT have to be under 10mb per minute. The point of the rule is that the judges don't want to have to download some 10GB video file because an entrant wanted their film to be HD for the judging process. Having a really high resolution film will not affect your scores.
The first post doesn't say that you can submit via YouTube, if you could edit the info under the Submission header to make that clearer it would be appreciated. It says "You can upload it to YouTube" but it doesn't say that you can submit it as a YouTube link.
