Topic: Blur software (preferably freeware)

dose anyone have any blurs software i would like it to be avi compatible but it doesn't have to be thx:)

I would use photoshop (not freeware) or gimp (freeware) I'm not sure but theres a chance wax 2,0 might work

Did you even check the date on this? This is from 2009, and he hasn't posted since 2009.

Not literally dead, just no longer interested in Lego or animation.
