Hey I'm looking for a program that will take pictures quick and easy and allows you to focus your webcam I don't like the Logitech Webcam Software program because it runs too slow on my computer.
Any good suggestions??? 
Monkeyjam and Helium Frog are both very good free programs that I would recommend 
Well, MJ can't fully control the camera, and as far as I know, the Logitech software is the only thing that is capable of that. It can do some of the lighting stuff, but can't control the focus or zoom.
Yes, but you can change the settings with the Logitech software and take the pictures with Monkeyjam or Helium Frog. That's what I do.

But I managed to get my Logitech software working properly so its okay now

I use the same camera. Trust me, it is better than the default Logitech software, which does not have onionskinning, which is a near fundamental for animation (not really, but it's definitely helpful!)
Initially, it can be a frustrating journey to get it to work due to many incapabilities, and compatibility issues. After all of that, it's smooth sailing.
(It stopped being cooperative with me recently, so beware! Give it a try; you'll always have the logitech option.)
