Topic: Snapshot Challenge (DEAD)

Important Information:

This thread wasn't intended to resurface. I'd like to make you aware that this thread was created in August of 2010, a time of my immaturity. When this thread was created no thought or effort was put into the idea, it was just an excuse to create a topic.

This thread was abandoned for a simple reason, it was not needed. I kindly ask that you let this thread die as I will not be continuing it. We already have other threads amongst the forum that cover everything this challenge offered.

Cinematography Challenge: A challenge with a similar concept, it's practically a dead thread.

Photography: Post your photography work.

A few months ago I was sat in my English class learning about, framing, lighting... And this idea has bugged me for a while, so I'm starting a new challenge on the forums. The Snapshot Challenge. Every week a new theme will be set like, spooky, and you have too take a picture of anything. But you have to think about, Framing, Body posture... At the end of the week the winner will get to pick the new theme. (please no sexual themes there are kids in this world) So are you up to it?

Some Tips:

  • Be creative with you picture, do what you think looks good.

  • Adding special effects will not increase your mark, it's the picture we are after.

  • Post your picture on this topic.

Help you uploading your picture in 5 steps:

1, Take a picture.
2, Upload it to www.imageshack.com
3, Copy the link.
4, Paste the link in the comment.
5, Highlight the link and press the URL button at the top.

This contest doesn't limit itself to LEGO bricks, though, so it might lead to some interesting things. I might enter if I can get someone to model for me.

If it truly were about more than LEGO, I think the idea has potential.

Yeah, we do. If it's limited to LEGO, then we already have a thread for this.

I've decided that I'm going to become immune to several select, non-lethal poisons, then put them in my snacks to discourage sneaky snack snatchers. -Littlebrick

No. They must have to be LEGO. That means, go. To your LEGO. And set up a scene for this.
