I'm just wondering, do the people have to guess in a certain amount of time, or does the guessing just keep going until someone is right? I thought it was the latter, but I'm not sure.

Yep, though the original GOJIRA(The 1956 version was the only one named Godzilla) was in black and white. This film is in color.

Correct! It is The Mysterians. The film is also the first appearance of the giant robot Moguera, who also appeared in Godzilla vs. SpaceGodzilla!
