Topic: Ls Maker Help

Hi, I need help with ls maker. I was trying to  use ls maker to put a fire effect into a video by using a fire video effect and making the effect an over lay effect. However, the video will not import into ls maker, they are .mov videos. And it's to late to try something else because I already bought the effects so, please help! mini/sad If anyone know what to do please say. Thanks.

Re: Ls Maker Help

I would recommend converting the videos to .avi first, then import the footage. If you want to keep the high quality .mov footage, then send your scene and footage to me, and I'll overlay it for ya. mini/smile

Re: Ls Maker Help

Wow! That looks great! I love the way you did the lighting that compliments the fire, it looks pretty real!
(but maybe the fire should be a tad out of focus, because it's in the background, and the camera is focused on the foreground, you know...

If you like to do something like this with LS Maker check out this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LIvYWS8aSjk. It showed me what to do; if I hadn't watch it I wouldn't have had a clue. Its a lit bit of work but the end result as you can see is amazing. I used footage from detinationfilms.com. Oh, and I learned it's best to use as few picture as possible with the  overlay effect video (I used 45). It takes less time to  do. You'll see what I mean when you look it up. mini/smile
