Topic: [CASTING CALL] Medieval like voices.
I'm not wanting anything too specific actually, but if you have or can do a british accent that would be nice. And if you don't, but fit any of these roles, go ahead!
I need a couple voices for a film I've been working on. Here are the roles:
Drunk Citizen
A simple, role, weary sounding, about 6 or 8 lines. Test line: "OH, that thing. Yeah, I left it on the table right over there, can I go get it?"
Adventurer
Main character, normal sounding man, most lines, around 20. Test line: "Really, that’s what this is about? Well here I am, in person. Got the jewels right ‘ere in my pack."
Guard
Speaks a lot, around 17 or 20 lines. Must have fairly deep and grumpy voice. Test Line: "Your permit, that allows you in the city, sir."
Knight
Speaks a fair amount, around 10 lines or so. very courageous and full of himself. Test Line: "MY help? MY HELP? Yes, I’m sure you and every single little farmer and beggar would want MY help. "
Hobo/Beggar
Least amount of lines, sounds like a crazy yet cool dudish old man. Test line: "That sure took forever, lemme plant this first!"
And that's it. Hope I can get some good roles in for this film!
