Sometimes I'll look at newly registered user's page and their sig is an ad (which means they're spambots most of the time.) But they haven't posted yet. So what about a report user button to stop spam bots before they spam!
A lot of those bots don't end up posting anything. Probably better to just report spam if they do end up posting some.
