I said I would eventually post a full list of my favorite cartoon characters, so here's my top ten favorites:
1. Pinkie Pie (MLP)
For me, she just represents all cartoon screwballs rolled up into one annoying pink pony. Also she reminds me of myself.
2. Daffy Duck (Looney Tunes, pre-Chuck Jones flanderization, also The Looney Tunes Show version of him is wonderful)
Pre-Chuck Jones flanderization, when he was a wonderful screwball, also I love the Looney Tunes Show version of him. I love how they mix the kind of greediness Chuck Jones put in him and mix it with his screwballness but also add a hint of complete and utter insanity
3. Scootaloo (MLP)
Best pony.
4. Stimpy (Ren and Stimpy)
Best stupid sidekick.
5. Dr. Zoidberg (Futurama)
Not really sure what makes me love him so much. He's just a lovable character, I guess. Also he's hilarious and Billy West is amazing
6. Bugs Bunny (Looney Tunes)
(Bob Clampett's version)
7. Tigger (Winnie the Pooh)
I just love him so much you guys
8. Woody Woodpecker
Wonderful when he first started out, and he's also great in the New Woody Woodpecker Show. Billy West is the best thing
9. Twilight Sparkle
Because she goes insane a lot, and it's always funny to see a goody four hooves pony like her go Ren and Stimpy style insane
10. Zim (Invader Zim)

I just watched all the episodes of Gravity Falls so far, and really, she's awesome. I have absolutely no doubt in my mind at this point that she is the greatest cartoon character I have ever seen.
