Well, tried to upload my new brickfilm so it would be public on Friday afternoon, took a bit longer then I thought, and it uploaded around 9:00 PM instead...

Does anyone know how to add people as contacts?
I've been wanting to add people, but don't know how, and yet loads of people have attempted to add me.
I think they are sort of like what friends were. Nice to have if you don't really want to sub someone, but still want to "friend," or in this case "be in contact with" someone.
That's my understanding anyway.
Go to your inbox. On the left, there is a tab called "adress book". There you can add contacts.

On the new youtube channel design, you get to add channels on your channel so people can see them.
I just need to get rid of some but how do i do that!!!:|

There's already a youtube thread on these forums for everything that is related to youtube. Press "Edit" and then press the X mark to get rid of the channel you've added. It's really easy.

There is no x on the tabs of the channels.

Have any of you noticed the quality drop in YouTube videos? They tend to be more pixily...
Only on some of them. It might have something with streaming or connection speed to do.

I just got an email telling me I'm now a YouTube partner, but I don't yet have any of the features. Does it take a while for these to activate or something? I've been on the monetization scheme for a while now, but I'm totally lost on all the partner-ey stuff. Could anyone give me some help? Will my new features appear in due course?

I wouldn't be surprised if with the new design, Youtube doesn't have any new features anymore 
Yeah, I'm an actual Partner now. I've already had the monetization scheme since August. And the email's title was "Welcome to the YouTube Partner Programme", so I'm pretty sure of what it meant.
Where do I go to access banners and stuff? YouTube's FAQ only covers how to apply, and the email I got wasn't very helpful at all.
I looked around and it seems like loads of "creators" were made Partners overnight, but a lot of people have said that they can't access any of the features. It may just be that it takes a day or two for it to be enabled, or it may be that there's an actual problem. I really don't have a clue.
