I have recently found my old camera. I think it's a c210 or some old model of webcam. It has manuel focus and everything and of course it works. Though the only pit fall is the grainy quality. Yet it looks okay with good lighting and I'm considering of using it again but should I.

With a quick google search I found that the max it shoots at is 640x480. That is the bare minimum you should be shooting in. I couldnt find anything about whether or not it is actually has manual focus or not. If it has manual focus like you said I dont see why you couldnt use the webcam.
