Can you just use something free that you can download?
There's a whole list of free frame-capture programs here.
Of course, you may need Stop-Motion Pro for compatability reasons.
In which case, you may be out of luck.
As there is no way to get Stop-Motion Pro in Iraq that I know of. 
Dragonframe can be brought from and shipped to Iraq. It's interesting that it isn't an option for Stop Motion Pro.
Just another point for Dragon, I suppose.
I think you can buy SMP in Iraq, with the online electronic shipping.
