Urg, that's furstrating. I feel so forever alone when I'm on Youtube.
EDIT: Now I only have 199 subscribers... I used to have 214 gosh I'm getting depressed... Time to retreat back into deviantart where people actually like me...

I'm losing/gaining subscribers too bud. One day I get 5 subscribers, the other I lose 3-4. Either youtube is again cleaning the inactive accounts or I don't know what the hell is happening

What is up with Youtube???

When I uploaded the teaser trailer for "Brickfilming is just Awesome" It has weird pixels and stuff as you can see by clicking Here
the same thing happend with my Saint Patrick's day animation, I had to re-upload several times before it worked.

That's strange. I'm guessing it has to do with YouTube's video compression, but it's never happened to me.

Yes, they do. I have one unlisted video that has 7 views, another that has 10, and another at 4. (And none of them have ever been public.)

So I've been anticipating getting 200 subscribers the last two days and today I've finally made it. However, the odd thing is that I never got an e-mail about gaining three new subscribers. I get e-mail updates every time someone subscribes and I never was this time. Just thought it was odd all of a sudden this would happen and I wouldn't know who the new subscribes were. Any ideas why?

Sometimes It dose that to me to. sometimes it doesn't even send me a message when i get a comment

Check your spam folder.
If you get too many e-mails from one place in a row, then it sometimes sends them there.

It only says one per vid. So if you get 2 comments on one vid, it will only say one in your inbox. Well, at least for me...
