They are far more severe! Because it has less members than YouTube they can also actively look at everything uploaded. I've also proven my theory by searching on YouTube an episode of a random cartoon. It had 150 hits. On Vimeo 0.
But is vimeo unreasonably severe with things that fall under fair use, technically, like Yout00b is?

A US law that says that websites are not responsible for the copyrighted content uploaded to them by users and can leave it there as they like, but if the copyright holder wants it taken down the website has to comply.
That was the big deal about SOPA, which said that websites were responsible for what copyrighted material was on their websites and had to go around policing it themselves. Remember it's not YouTube, it's EMI.

Yeah I tried to keep it simple. I used 1500x1500 dimensions. At first I've tried to make it 1800x1800 but couldn't keep the file size under 1mb without losing quality so then I tried 1500x1500 and kinda liked it 
How did you find the center of the image? I have been having problems with that, and I ended up making my design from a template I downloaded.
I kept on re-doing it till I got it right took me 3-4 attempts 
I really need to make a brickfilm. I haven't even filmed since early January, and I'm really due for a film, just having a hard time with motivation.
.You don't have to animate if you don't have the motivation, just take a little break and try again later.
I have a whole bunch of stuff planned for my channel this year. I also have tons of scripts finished, and I have many more ideas. I guess I don't have writer's block.
Well dammit. My chammel layout finally changed.
