Wow...
Well, I refined the concept a bit and came out with this:

I like the design, but I'm not sure about the line weight and spacing. My problem is that I don't really know how to use illustration programs well and end up doing everything in desktop publishing programs and Paint instead, which is not ideal.
Also, it could be colored various ways for different situations.
RedBrick1: It's decent, but I honestly think there's a bit too much going on. I also don't like the two different fonts of text; in some cases this works fine, but in this case, it just doesn't seem to go. I do like how you added some grunge into your logo, but I don't think it fit well with the shadows. I don't think it's bad, but I think that it could use some work.
Jargon: Albeit a bit lopsided, it's a pretty nice logo. It's simple, yet can be remembered easily and it is very versatile. Good work!

Thanks for your input, still working on it. Just for referance, here is my old "logo."

I'm currently working on a new logo. Here are some tests I made:

Very clever. ![]()
I like the second one better, though, I think the top-hat shouldn't be red, as it doesn't match Mr. Strange Villain's.

In fact, this Top-Hat is not really beautiful in Black... And I've always loved a ''red touch''.
I'll try make more tests, soon.
Thanks!
Looks so professional. ![]()
At last, some graphics in this thread deemed worthy enough to be called logos! Great job, all of you guys!
Due to the fact that my new logo doesn't work so well as a Youtube thumbnail or facebook profile picture, I came up with this.

You're all probably sick of me at this point, but I think this is the final version.
EDIT: Here's a borderless version.

I would get rid of the white border around the lettering.
Alright, I updated the post. Also, while I think the blue color scheme up top will be my primary configuration, I may alter the colors to fit certain circumstances.
Personally I like the white text border, it makes the text stand out and makes it more separate from the background.

I know the text is a little pathetic.
Also I cant make it any bigger, sorry.
