Gosh, I love Vimeo.Yes they do. I once reported a copied video and refreshed the page and got a new page saying: this video is removed because of multiple copyrights claims of [insert company here]. It took them 8 seconds. So I can probably conclude that they do do something about it

What I mean is that they do absolutely nothing unless you force them to do the bare minimum.

Well you can't expect youtube to automatically delete the video that someone is trying to re-upload. Who knows maybe you gave that guy permission to do that or maybe you two cooperated together to make the video. I don't see how youtube is not reacting to copyright issues IMO sometimes they even overreact but it's better than doing nothing.
Well morally at least stealing a video from a small one-man brickfilming studio is worse than using a song from a multimillion dollar recording company that YOU CREDITED IN THE CREDITS AND THEY STILL REMOVE YOUR VIDEO 
But yeah, I'm glad they take action. Although I understand your point now Larry because me and my friend Rinto51 used to collaborate a lot and we uploaded videos on two accounts.

I just made a new Youtube background (clickety-click). Any opinions?
I love it! The only thing was that it is kind of too big for my screen, and I didn't really like the fade into black. Maybe white would've been better.
I'm sad, I haven't been able to brickfilm lately, my only camera's hard drive died, so I don't know what to do. For some reason my youtube subbers have increased, though, by 12 people, through the time that I haven't been uploading.
And I'm saving for a MacBook, so no room for a new camera any time soon (and don't start a mac vs pc war here).
