I have a question 
should I get the audio before I start filming, or after. And what I mean by audio is sound effects and the lines of the actors. Tell me what you think I should do.
I typically do it before. This way, I can animate my characters to fit the already recorded dialog. This is also the way most professional studios animate, though they almost always have lip-syncing to worry about.
That's what I thought. But how do you animate to the dialog? I use monkeyjam and it can have a audio track in the timeline.
But only one audio track per exposure sheet.
So should I do that(put the track in the sheet)?
I usually did it after, since i used to just take pictures of their face, then run the audio track on it. I was never one to animate movements during dialogue

So you're saying not to do that as an experienced animator?

What works best for me is completely all the shots and then going in to doing all the sound editing. I really don't care when I get the lines, just because I usually easily edit the footage to go with the lines anyway, all it is is nodding and bringing the arms up and down.
But everybody has their technique! 
After, definitely after. It's ok to do everything before you start animating, but it'd be a whole lot easier if you did audio in the editing stages (especially when you have other people voicing in your film).
I do sound editing and voices after I have made the animation.
I generally do the voices beforehand (so the animation will sync) but the sound effects and music afterwards.

With voices, it doesn't really matter if you're not doing mouth animation.
I do it after because it's easier.
With sound effects, those should always be done after. You have more flexibility and room for error that way.
In general, it's easier to sync audio to animation then to sync animation to audio.
