I don't have that head. ![]()
The reason I originally chose Luke's head is I didn't want something showing a lot of emotion like most LEGO faces which are usually creepy happy, or very angry.
And he's not gangster.
(I also want a head that'd go well when switching the the scared minifigure face)
I would love for my sig's head to get the snot beaten out of him from Batman. ![]()
Truly, I think you've got it perfect. Don't change it, unless he is scared.
I actually prefer the first one now....

If you were able to adjust either the mouth or the eyebrows in post, then it would be better.
Yes, that's better.

What do ya think?
seems like it should be in the Minifigure Critique thread...
Wouldn't that fit better in the "Frame from your upcoming film" thread?
As the only set/background is a green-screened in photo, and a weed. (It should be brown, and the set needs a tumble-weed, if that's not one. Every western film must have a tumble-weed in every-other frame.
)
This is what I'm currently working on. As I hope you can see, it's some kind of laboratory.
1) So this is an overview of the layout. The scientist can look down onto his work.

2) This shows the view as the scientist looks down upon his work. As you can see, my Lego has been in the loft for a long while and is now rather dusty.

3) Here you get a better view of the ray gun and operating table. This is the main work area.

4) This is a possible view for the animation.

5) Just a close up of the table and computer layout. Any thoughts on it? Any feedback would be appreciated ![]()
Ehm, the baseplate had WAY too much dust.

This is pre-wash btw. I'll wash it all before animating.

A news studio set for I Am The Night.

Since the reporter never leaves the chair in this scene (it's only going to be one shot, actually), I took advantage of this wonderful opportunity to create a totally studless floor using SNOT.
And here are the new miniatures I built for the skyline:

Just a simple building top.

And that last one took a while too build, but I based it off of a photo I saw where someone had out of focus miniatures like what I've been doing, and guessed how it was made, and made something of similar look.
The white up against the black really gives I delightful look of light actually coming from the building. ![]()
There's a little problem, Squid... I can't see your pictures ![]()
Really? ![]()
I don't know what's wrong... Anyone else having a problem?
