I know that this form should not be for something like this, but I would like to as to how to post photos on the site. As you can see from my signature, it's not working for me. HELP

That's because you have the wrong link. Did you just add a .jpg to your flickr pages' url? 
So not how it works. To post an image, you need the direct link to the image file. A link of your pic displayed on flickr (like this http://www.flickr.com/photos/68024628@N04/6926559309/ ) is not a direct link. It is a page link. Yes images should end with a suffix like jpg, png, gif but you don't add that. The image itself already has that extension. Depending on your browser, you can get the image's URL by right clicking and find the option that copies the image's url.
Btw, your signature image is too big according to forum policy. You should probably fix that first.
This is about the only acceptable size.

I always use this. Alright this is how it works. You upload image to the site and after its done get the forum embbend code for it or similar and post it here. It should work
just seeing in I did it right.
