Topic: Superman Hates PCs!

I am making a brickfilm (it's an entry into Blockmotion's Super Heroes DC contest) where it turns out Superman has yet another weakness...a secret weakness, that is. Until Lex Luthor finds out.

This isn't gonna be a serious Superman video, as you can tell by the George the Ninja part. It's gonna be kind of a spoof. I know that Superman doesn't have a weakness towards PCs. I'm not a hater or anything, I just wanted to make a Superman video. I also hope I'm not "turning into the next Forrestfire101" or anything. If you're anxious to see my progress, then you may wanna take a peek at this.

If my computer obeys, the film should be out sometime around Easter. Stay tuned for more updates.

*important update bump*

Well, well, well, it's Easter Sunday! Time for an Easter update. I've been really busy trying to finish this video, and I haven't really been working on anything else (except my Easter 2012 entry). However, I will spare some time to reveal some production photos.

Photo #1-Takedown

This photo shows one of Luthor's henchman preparing to subdue the Man of Steel. I don't think Superman will let this happen...don't you?

Photo #2-Too Much for the Hero?

Here we see Superman witnessing the brutal power of PCs...even if they are safely contained in a box.

Photo #3-Fresh Air

Lois is able to escape the confines of the crate that Lex Luthor's men carried her around in (just like with Marion in the Raiders of the Lost Ark).

Photo #4-Luthor Gets an Idea

The greatest criminal mind ever to walk the streets of Metropolis prepares to bring Superman's powers to a halt as he tests out the hero's newest weakness.

Photo #5-A Battle of Wits

Superman and Lex Luthor prepare to duke it out.

Photo #6-We're Off!

As the film nears its close, Superman flies away while tightly holding on to Lois.

Photo #7-Melt With You...

Alternate Title: My computer's desktop. This picture took 3 hours and 12 minutes to create on MS Paint (I know; it's not very professional to use MS Paint anymore )

In photo 7, if you put some white inside the red of his laser vision it will look a lot less flat and pasted on. Like this (so sorry for crappy pic)
I mean, I can tell that you are using Microsoft paint or something, and there's nothing inherently wrong with that because it's a lot easier than Gimp or Photoshop, but this is one of the methods I use to make it look slightly more believable and three dimensional.
