Topic: One Man's Terrorist - Live-Action Anti-War Short Film
Hey guys!
Not sure if there's still anyone from the old days around here who would remember me. I used to be pretty active back when Brickfilms.com was still in use. Haven't really been around the last 4 or 5 years though.
Anyway... since then I graduated high school and did a stint in the Army as a Ranger. Going to Iraq changed my outlook on things a lot, but film making is still my passion. Maybe even more so now that I've found my voice. I've been out of the Army just over a year now and after getting fed up with the $11 an hour roofing job I worked all last year, I quit mid-November to pursue film making as full time as possible. By mid-December I was shooting a live-action short-film inspired by my experiences in the military and my new-found anti-war sentiments. I finished shooting a couple weeks ago and I've just been editing and polishing the film up since then.
As of right now, the film is 40 minutes long and about 99% completed. My music guy just got me the original score today so I'm just re-tweaking a few things in preparation for the films online debut in one week.

I always loved Brickfilms even though live-action is more my thing, so I figured I'd try to reconnect over here and share my work. Hopefully it won't be an issue if I hang out here and post live-action films from time to time. ![]()
Due to the rather substantial 40 minute length of the film, I'm releasing it as a 3-episode mini-series on line. Episode 1 will premiere online next Wednesday, February 15th, with the following episodes debuting on the 22nd and 29th of February.
If you want to follow my work I also have a newly launched blog:

If you like the trailer for my film, I'd appreciate a re-post on Facebook or any other social media site. I'm trying to reach as many people as possible with this message as it's something I feel very passionately about.
