Topic: Buying a Quickcam pro 9000

I heard most brickfilmers use a quickcam pro 9000 and it's more expensive in Australia there $99ea mini/eek  i might get more money to buy that webcam or use my 14.2 Megapixel digital camera that i got in 2010. i still use my crap webcam and i have bad lighting on my sets it's because i can't change the light on my 1st lamp. mini/sad

For $99 you should get this instead. http://www.amazon.com/Logitech-Widescre … _e_title_1

It's more updated. Or at least get the C910. but the C910 only has 10 megapixels as where the C20 has 15. the 9000 is fine and all, but for that price you should get one of those two webcams.

The C920 does not have all manual features, which are essential to brickfilming. I'd go with the C910 if I were KTproductions121 (All manual features and excellent quality. We used to use it and it worked great).

Oh, I guess you don't live in the U.S :\ it's only $60 something here on Amazon.

And I thought the C910 only had 10% focus increments. the C920 has none?

Re: Buying a Quickcam pro 9000

Have you tried Ebay? I am sure you could get the C910 for a much lower price, even if you bought it from overseas.

Re: Buying a Quickcam pro 9000

Well if the used one is in a good condition then there's no difference between new/used.

That's a higher quality than even the C910 (10mpx). The only advantages a webcam has are its size and its live feed capabilities.

Long story short: Use the camera you already have instead.
