I need help deciding what kind of people I will use in my next video. What the video is about is a wizard gets banned from.... medevil times 
. then is stuck in a big city and he has to use random people to help him get back (for instance- nurse, maid, ECT... so what I ask you is if you have any ideas for people who can help him get back. I dont want to give away too much but all I want is ideas for people who would look funny holding a gun or weapon.

I know those are all collectable minifigures, and therefore not always cheap or easy to get a hold of. But they all seem like they would be great for your movie.
the bunny suit guy and bagpipe ones are great ideas. 
A concert Pianist?
A Garbage man and his truck?
The Mayor?
A obese man?
A boss of a major company?
In this situation you have all sorts of possibilities. I'm assuming you're talking about people you can find in a city though, since he is stuck in a city. If that is the case, my only advice is not to get too carried away and pick characters that you would not find in a city on a regular day. For instance, I don't know how often you'll find a soldier in full armour walking along a street in a busy city.

A hobo? Hobos are always funny. An alcoholic cop? What can be more f***ed up than a law enforcer who abuses alcohol.

.but not too sure about the alcoholic cop though.
Hazmat guy would be too cliche after ZachMG's "Bus Stop" brickfilm unless you'd call it a reference
