We do have it, it's just hidden from most people (why? long story). We only let you in if you prove to us that you're a mature member who contributes constructively to discussions.

edit: i would like that privilege since eeeevvverrrry one hates me at my old forum for telling a mod that someone posted in chat that was disturbing.... if you could give me a shot i would love to be in the forum a lot now ..

Asking outright is not remotely the same as displaying maturity.
You've got to stick around here for a while. Correct spelling and grammar works wonders in your favour too.
