Topic: Good Deal?

I was wondering if I am getting a good deal off of bricklink. mini/shifty
I was looking for some bricks because I am not able to build a good wall for my set (without it being red or yellow...)
and I found 73 redish brown 1x4's for $3.65 USD...    Is this a good deal?

Re: Good Deal?

That's five cents per brick.

Yes, that's a very good deal!

Not literally dead, just no longer interested in Lego or animation.

Re: Good Deal?

A good deal on Bricklink could probably be defined as at the most, half of what the brick sells for in the LEGO pick-a-brick online store. But as a general rule, 73 bricks for less than $4 is VERY VERY GOOD. mini/tongue

kcirb-- its brick backwards.

HOLD THE CHEESE, THAT'S NOT JUST A GOOD DEAL, THAT'S THE BEST DEAL I'VE EVER HEARD OF!! GO FOR IT MAN!!!

Re: Good Deal?

Well, it's pretty good, but 73 bricks isn't really that many if you want to build walls. I found at least 200 would be good to build a good wall. mini/tongue But for starters, IT'S A SCHWEET DEAL! mini/wink

Re: Good Deal?

Thanks! Glad I did find that store. mini/smile Yes, slowly but surely I am growing my lego collection to be able to build a good set. I am hoping to either find some more of the same color, or some light grey ones. I'm tired of having a set that doesn't boost the quality of my brickfilms...
