I saw 0ldscratch's stuff and thought it looked like fun.
My friend showed me Lego The Force Unleashed by Fancypants and I got hooked.
Back in 2006 I saw "The Han Solo Affair" by Spite Your Face Productions. I got inspired and made some terrible brickfilms that impressed my friends for some reason.
I always loved stop motion but couldn't use clay, then I saw The Force Unleashed and discovered brickfilming.
Saw Blunty's The White Ninja, decides to do it myself. Still my favorite brickfilm of all time.
Was inspired by Wallace and Gromit. When I looked on youtube to find out how to do stop-motion, I saw some Lego counter-strike films, and being the guy with all the Lego in the family, I decided to make my own. ![]()

Ahh the young teen days when cursing was funny.
A year ago,i started watching brickfilms, mostly star wars.
I was like "how do you make them move without using your hands?".
But fancypants was the real reason i started brickfilming.
God bless you,fancypants!

I accidentally found MindGame's channel and I watched his stuff.
Me, well I'm flattered you should ask so I'll keep short
ITS ALL ABOUT THE FANCY PANTS
Well, I saw some of the stop-motions on LEGO.com and instantly loved it!
unfortunately they were SW vids.
but at least now, I won't even go there with Brickfilming.
The same way as everybody else...
I took the first photo.

Wrong. My first Lego film was where I attached a long Lego plate to the bottom of the Rebel Trooper Battle Pack cruiser-thingy, and pulled it along while talking the Rebel Troopers. ![]()
Saw brickfilms, figured out how to do them, watched some tutorials BAM! You got LEGO Beach! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pvFLyPB0 ideo_title (Note: This was over a year ago. My brickfilms are 3 1/2 times better now.)
Lego Star Wars Movie Making contest came out, watched most of the entries, were impressed (by some), gave it a shot, finished my film, but not in time to enter it, made some more (very crappy) Lego Star Wars films, lost interest in it, didn't brickfilm for 2 1/2 to 3 years, found more brickfilms on YouTube, got interested again, started making films again, and here I am.
Pretty simple story, actually.
